Day 01: Yangon arrival & sightseeing (by car)
Arrive at Yangon International Airport and welcome by Myanmar Tour East’s guide. Check in to hotel. Afternoon tour of Yangon includes Karaweik Hall a Royal barge on the Royal Lake for photo stop. Chaukhtatgyi (Reclining Buddha) Pagoda a colossal reclining Buddha. Visit to the city centre with the gilded 2500 years Sule Pagoda. And visit colonial style buildings surrounding Mahabandula Park. Then drive to stroll through a narrow street of China Town including the short visit to Tao Temple. Then, shortly before sunset, the 107 meters high golden stupa of Shwedagon Pagoda will glitter in the soft light of the early evening. Overnight at hotel in Yangon.
Day 02: Yangon – Bagan (by flight & car)
After breakfast at hotel, transfer to airport and fly to Bagan. Arrive Bagan and check into hotel and sightseeing includes visit to the colorful of Nyaung U Maket, Shwezigon Pagoda and its magnificent golden stupa, Htilominlo Temple noted for its fine plaster carvings and glazed and stone decoration, Gubyaukgyi Temple, with superb mural paintings of jataka scenes. Visit to Myinkabar village and observe the process of Traditional Lacquer ware Industry one of Myanmar’s best known handicrafts. Ananda Temple, an architected masterpiece of the early-style temple with four impressive standing Buddha images. Thabinnyu Temple, the highest temple in Bagan. Dhammayangyi Temple noted for its remarkable brickwork. Enjoy sunset over the site from the supper terrace of Shwesandaw Pagoda. Overnight at hotel in Bagan.
Day 03: Bagan – Mandalay – Amarapura (by flight and car)
After breakfast at hotel, transfer to airport and flight to Mandalay. Arrive at Mandalay and excursion to Amarapura, visit Mahagandayon Monastery, where more than a thousand monks live and study, visit to U Bein Bridge. There you can take a walk over the world’s longest teakwood bridge.
Mandalay full day sightseeing; visit to Mahamuni Image, Tapestry making home cottage, Marble carving workshop, Gold-leaf Beating workshop, Kyauktawgyi Pagoda a large Buddha image carved out of a single block of marble, Shwenandaw Monastery (Golden Palace) noted for its exquisite wood carving, Kuthodaw Pagoda known as the world’s Biggest Book for its stones slabs of Buddhist scriptures, Sulamani Pagoda. Mandalay Palace and in the evening enjoy the sunset from Mandalay Hill. Overnight at hotel in Mandalay.
Day 04: Mandalay – Heho – Pindaya – Inle lake (by flight, car & boat)
After breakfast at hotel, flight to Heho. Upon arrival at Heho, drive to Pindaya, through picturesque scenery. Visit Pinday cave, Pindaya lakes; home base paper making and umbrella making industry. Proceed to Inle lake. Overnight at hotel in Inle.
Day 05: Inle lake – Indein sightseeing (by boat)
After breakfast at hotel, excursion to Inle lake by boat. Visit to Phaung Daw Oo Pagoda, floating Gardens, Unique Leg-rowers, Traditional Fishing Method, Silk Weaving, Stilt House villages on the lake, Jumping cat Monastery and proceed to Indein. Overnight at hotel in Inle Lake.
Day 06: Inle – Heho – Yangon (by flight, car & boat)
After breakfast at hotel, transfer to airport and flight back to Yangon from Heho. Afternoon Yangon sightseeing visit to Botataung Pagoda, Nanthida jetty and watch the traffic on the Yangon River, Here luxury cruise liners come to berth at this jetty quite often and Kaba Aye (World Peace ) pagoda, Mahapasana Cave and Buddha Tooth Relic Pagoda and shopping at Bogyoke Aung San (Scott) Market where you can buy many souvenirs. Overnight at hotel in Yangon.
Day 07: Departure (by car)
After breakfast at hotel, and transfer to airport for departure.
